PROCUREMENT / FROM BRIEF TO SUPPLY
An end-to-end view of the solar-module buying process: qualification, model selection, documentation, quotation, agreement, production, logistics, receiving and support.
Explore the pathwayThe process begins with an identified buying entity, purchasing authority, project or distribution requirement and destination. The team reviews intent, timing, product family and compliance constraints. Incomplete leads remain inquiries until required details are obtained; no commitment is created by a contact form alone.
Agree the exact model and power bin. Review electrical and mechanical data, certification scope, warranty form, origin applicability and project requirements. Any alternate product must be reviewed as a deliberate revision, not silently substituted after price negotiation.
A quotation identifies entity, model, quantity, unit or watt basis, currency, delivery terms, relevant taxes and freight assumptions, validity, lead-time qualifications and approved payment terms. Internal pricing authorization is required before external issuance. Indicative pricing on the site is not a binding offer.
Where applicable, the parties execute an MSA, product schedule or PO with deposits or other payment milestones. Credit decisions, bank details and contracting authority are separately controlled. An unsigned draft or preliminary allocation forecast is not a booked or fulfilled order.
Manufacturing planning follows confirmed allocation, product requirements and agreed release conditions. Quality review and shipment documentation accompany the order's progress. Confirm actual milestones with your commercial contact rather than relying on a preliminary forecast.
Delivery follows the agreed trade terms, destination, packaging and receiving requirements. Review shipping references, quantities and condition against the order. Document shortages, damage or other exceptions through the contact and time limits stated in your agreement.
Following delivery, questions about product identification, technical documents and warranty claims are routed through a documented support process. Evidence of purchased model, issue description, photos, installation context and dates helps assess the request under the applicable warranty and contract.
