PROCUREMENT / FROM BRIEF TO SUPPLY
A transparent commercial journey for solar module buyers: qualify requirements, select exact products, review evidence, obtain a quotation and manage the order through delivery.
Explore the pathwayChoose between standard residential, commercial and utility modules, an OEM product program or a controlled advanced technology inquiry. Provide the buyer's legal identity, end market, intended use, country, delivery horizon and approximate quantity. A product-family selection is an entry point rather than a complete engineering specification.
Review the current module code, power bin, electrical values, dimensions, test certificates, warranty schedule and applicable origin or FEOC documentation. Any missing evidence remains open until qualified; do not substitute a photograph or marketing brochure for a controlling datasheet or certification.
Pricing depends on the approved configuration, volume, payment terms, delivery basis, timing and manufacturing feasibility. An RFQ only requests evaluation. A formal offer is issued by an authorized commercial owner with identified validity and assumptions; it does not itself reserve inventory unless stated in the binding agreement.
A qualified order identifies the buyer, product, quantity, shipping terms, release schedule, packaging, acceptance criteria and agreed warranty. Manufacturing progress and shipping notices should correspond to verified operating records. Discrepancies, changes and shortages are handled through documented procedures.
The customer relationship continues through receiving documents, product support, warranty administration, repeat-order planning and feedback. Cases should be connected to the correct purchase and model identity, with claim decisions made under the signed agreement and applicable warranty.
